Refund Policy

At Crystals Showroom, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our collections. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

After reaching out to us and we receive back your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Shipping

Except for cases where the item was returned due to a mishap from our end, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Orders & Shipping

We provide swift and secure delivery for all our collections, ensuring your items arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery within Rivers State takes 3-14 business days,. For other Nigerian cities, please allow 7-30 business days. International orders typically arrive within 14-30 business days. Note that these timeframes can change depending on the particular product

Order Tracking

Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking ID via email. You can use this ID on our Orders page to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

Product Usage

All Crystals Showroom products are designed for residential and business use unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person or per order.

Payment Security

The customer info collected by us is secured, confidential and protected. We also use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment details. Payments are processed securely via Paystack or PayPal, and we do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
